Qualified applicants receive an invitation to schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss their needs, service scope, and next steps

04 Proposal, Agreement & Payment

Review your customized proposal, approve your service agreement, and complete your initial payment before work begins.

05 Onboarding & Bookkeeping

We securely coordinate access to the required records, complete the agreed setup or cleanup, and begin ongoing bookkeeping when applicable.

 

What to Expect

Do I need QuickBooks Online?

QuickBooks Online is included in our monthly bookkeeping packages. We'll discuss your current accounting system during onboarding.

Can I apply if my bookkeeping is behind?

Yes. We offer historical bookkeeping cleanup, which is evaluated and quoted separately.

Can I schedule a consultation immediately?

Consultations are by invitation after we review your application.

When will bookkeeping services begin?

Start dates are confirmed after approval, agreement signing, initial payment, and receipt of necessary information.

Do you offer one-time bookkeeping cleanup?

Yes. You can request cleanup without committing to ongoing monthly bookkeeping.
