Bookkeeping Services Disclaimer

Legacy Luxe AZ provides bookkeeping and financial administrative support services only. We are not a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm and do not provide tax preparation, tax filing, legal advice, or financial advisory services.

Clients are responsible for engaging a licensed CPA, tax preparer, or attorney for tax filings, tax planning, legal matters, or regulatory compliance.

Scope of Bookkeeping Services

Bookkeeping services may include, but are not limited to:

• Recording and categorizing financial transactions

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• General ledger maintenance

• Financial reporting (Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets)

• Accounts receivable and payable tracking

• Payroll coordination support (non-filing, non-advisory)

• QuickBooks setup, cleanup, and maintenance

Services are limited to the scope outlined in the client’s selected package or written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information

• Grant necessary access to bank accounts, accounting software, and records

• Review financial reports provided and notify Legacy Luxe AZ of any discrepancies promptly

• Maintain responsibility for all business decisions based on financial information provided

Legacy Luxe AZ is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client.

No Tax or Legal Representation

Legacy Luxe AZ does not:

• File federal, state, or local tax returns

• Represent clients before the IRS, Arizona Department of Revenue, or any regulatory agency

• Provide tax strategy, legal advice, or financial planning

All financial reports are intended for informational and organizational purposes only.

Third-Party Software & Access

Clients may be required to use third-party software platforms (such as QuickBooks Online or payroll providers). Legacy Luxe AZ is not responsible for:

• Software outages or errors

• Data breaches caused by third-party platforms

• Fees charged by third-party service providers

Clients remain responsible for maintaining their own software subscriptions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Legacy Luxe AZ agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client financial information and will not disclose such information to third parties except:

• As required by law

• With client authorization

• To collaborate with client-approved professionals (CPA, tax preparer, payroll provider)

Limitation of Liability

Legacy Luxe AZ shall not be held liable for:

• Business losses, penalties, or interest resulting from bookkeeping data

• Client decisions made using financial reports

• Tax penalties, audit outcomes, or compliance failures

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for bookkeeping services during the three (3) months preceding any claim.

Service Fees & Payment Terms

• Bookkeeping services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated

• Fees are based on transaction volume and service scope

• Cleanup or catch-up services may require separate pricing

• Late payments may result in service suspension

All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate bookkeeping services with written notice in accordance with the service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding balances must be paid

• Access to systems may be revoked

• Final reports will be delivered once the account is settled

Acknowledgment

By engaging bookkeeping services through Legacy Luxe AZ, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
